Shipping policy

IMPORTANT:

Due to the current situation there may be delays in shipping to outside Germany. Shipping outside of Europe will be delayed indefinitely, but please be sure that you will receive your orders as fast as possible!

Depending on where you live and the efficiency of your postal service, it can take a little while for your order to arrive. Most orders arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. But it can also take up to 12 weeks for your order to arrive.

Please make sure you write your correct address. Sometimes streets are written wrong or numbers are missing. In this case your package will return back to me and you have to pay again for the shipping.
